Our Worship Services are held at 3001 N Prow Rd, Bloomington, IN 47404. They begin at 10:00am and last for about 90 minutes. Services consist of singing (we use a mix of both older and newer hymns as well as other spiritual songs), prayers, a confession of sin, a profession of faith, Scripture reading, an expository sermon usually working through a book of the Bible (typically about 30-40 minutes), and the celebration of the Lord's Supper.
We have a Nursery available for newborns up to age 3, and we also offer a Children's Sunday School for children ages 4 through 2nd grade. This Sunday School Class begins right before the Sermon (children are dismissed at this time to go with their parents to the classroom) and concludes at the end of the Sermon.
We also offer an Adult Sunday School Class from time to time throughout the year from 9:15am - 10:00am.
Attire for the worship services is come as you are. There will usually be some in shorts or jeans and others in slacks, some with button down shirts and others with t-shirts. Our focus is not on what we wear externally, but rather how we worship (in Spirit and Truth, John 4:24) and who we worship (the Lord God)!
